Return and Refund Policy
At Blue Marc, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Please take a moment to read our Return and Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final
Every purchase from Blue Marc is non-refundable and considered final. However, we do accept returns for refund or exchange in the event that your items arrive damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Within 5 days of receiving your item(s), please contact us to report any damage or issues. Provide your order number for reference.

Return the Damaged Item: After notifying us, please return the damaged item to us. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you. If not, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order#).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- On-sale items
- Regular-priced items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Regular-priced and sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please contact us and return the item to us.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a digital gift certificate to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us before shipping the item.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when sending items to us. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Blue Marc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will provide delivery confirmation and tracking information for your reference.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about the return of a specific item.
